Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Processing
Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the electronics, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 5-7 business days.
